Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

  • Welcome to Set a Heading Course. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
     

2. Services Provided

  • Our course is designed to help students map their values, create a vision for their future, and create a plan for their future. All sessions will be conducted online. A course session duration is typically 120 minutes unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Refund Policy

  • Scheduling: All participants for the class should be scheduled at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations/Refund Policy: You must notify us at least 12 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your course to receive a full refund. If you fail to cancel within this time, you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50.  If you choose not to complete the course after the course that you have enrolled in has commenced, or if the student is dismissed from the course, we are not obligated to refund your payment.


4. Payment Terms

  • Fees: The rate for the course is $399. Payment for tutoring sessions is due upon registration.  No partial payments will be accepted.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or check. Payments must be received in full prior to the session unless otherwise agreed upon.


5. Code of Conduct

  • Instructors and students must maintain a respectful and professional attitude during sessions.

  • Instructors reserve the right to dismiss a student if the student is disruptive, disrespectful, or engaging in behavior that is detrimental to the learning environment.

  • Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the course.

6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All information shared between the instructor and the student, including but not limited to course progress, personal details, and session notes, will remain confidential. We will not disclose this information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • We will make every effort to provide high-quality services; however, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.

  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during or as a result of using our services.


8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email, and the updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and by the laws of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of the United States and Illinois.
